How can I order from ALEOR?

It's very simple: Add your desired items to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the instructions. You will receive an order confirmation via email after your purchase.


Do I need a customer account to place an order?

No, you can also order as a guest. However, a customer account offers advantages such as a faster ordering process and order overview.

Is the payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through encrypted and certified payment providers. Your data is safe with us.

Shipping & Delivery


Where do you deliver to?

We deliver within Switzerland and Liechtenstein .


How long does shipping take?

Delivery usually takes 2-4 working days after receipt of payment.


How much are the shipping costs?

The exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. Shipping may be free for orders above a certain value (see shop information).


Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Returns & Exchanges


Can I return items?

Yes. You can return unworn items within 14 days of receipt. Please note that underwear and sale items are excluded from returns .


How does the return process work?

Please contact us at support@aleor.ch before returning the item. You will then receive the correct return address and all information regarding the return process.

Important: Our business address is not automatically the return address.


Who pays for return shipping?

The customer bears the return shipping costs, except in the case of incorrectly delivered or defective goods.

What if my size is sold out?

Feel free to write to us. In many cases, we can tell you whether the item will be available again soon.


Are the colors in the pictures true to life?

We do our best to present the products realistically. However, slight color variations may occur depending on the screen.
